Pioneering Age-Defying Solutions & Cultivating Lifelong Vitality
The MTS Longitudinal Study is a comprehensive research initiative designed to study the aging process and promote healthy aging. The study is conducted annually over a period of ten years and focuses on adults aged 45-55 as they age into their mid-50s and 60s. As part of the study, participants undergo a battery of 50 key metrics and data that they submit annually. This includes results from questionnaires and assessments, as well as standard medical information obtained through a physical or check-up.
